lyrics

I don't have insomnia
But I'm stuck with sleepless nights
If walls could speak
You would come to find that I'm not who I seem to be.

I'm not a lie, I'm a jar whose contents are sealed inside,
Air tight so nothing can escape.
I'm a very angry person with no good meandering of coping.

I'm hoping one day I'll find one for myself.
Anger, fear and doubt are the closest to me.
Clawing at my back and crawling through my veins,
Anger cuts at my brain and fogs my eyes so I can't see straight.

Fear holds me inside myself
So I cannot break out.
Doubt stomps out my hopes and dreams
Like he's shattering a glass.

I swear, I'm not hateful, afraid or a skeptic.
I'm just trying to find the key to all of the doors
That I've locked behind me.
